This new skillset will help you at home, and at work, with a balanced approach through four key areas to becoming resilient: physical health, mental & emotional health, relationships, and your leadership and career.
Once you have completed the Resiliency Foundations program you will receive a Resiliency Foundations Certificate as well as having your own personal resiliency tool kit to keep you moving forward on your path to a more resilient you!
